SHIPPING

LOCAL SHIPPING (within Singapore)


 

FREE STANDARD DOORSTEP COURIER FOR ALL LOCAL ORDERS SGD60 AND ABOVE*! 

 

1) FREE standard local courier from SGD60 and up to 3kg

 

All FREE local orders from SGD60 and up to 3kg will be delivered by SingPost to your doorstep using the STANDARD LOCAL COURIER SERVICE (within Singapore including Sentosa Island and Jurong Island but excluding the off-shore islands). However, due to regulations for restricted areas like camps, your package will only be sent to the designated area in the premises (e.g. mailroom) as per instructed and your package will be signed by the receiving personnel.

 

We need 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your order to SingPost. Your order will then be delivered to you within 1-3 working days. You can track your order at www.singpost.com (click "Track Item" icon) or by using the SingPost mobile app using your delivery note's number (e.g. SM000000001SG). Please note that your tracking status will only appear on SingPost tracking system if SingPost has dispatched your order to their postmen for delivery to you.

 

When estimating shipping duration, it is best to take the item/order with the longest Estimated Arrival and use that to calculate the shipping duration for your order.

 

In the event that there is nobody to receive the package, a Delivery Note and your package will be placed in your letterbox. If your letterbox is too small or too full, a Delivery Advice will be placed in your letterbox, advising you to either arrange for re-delivery or self-collect your package at the Post Office indicated on the Delivery Advice within ten (10) working days from the date of the first delivery advice.

 

2) FREE standard local courier from 3.1kg to 30kg

 

All FREE local orders that weigh from 3.1kg to 30kg will be delivered by Ninja Van to you using their STANDARD LOCAL COURIER SERVICE. Their courier services cover the entire island of Singapore with the exception of offshore islands and restricted zones.

 

We need 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your order to Ninja Van. Your order will then be delivered to you within 1 to 3 days.

 

When estimating shipping duration, it is best to take the item/order with the longest Estimated Arrival and use that to calculate the shipping duration for your order.

 

You will receive an SMS (if you have registered your mobile number with Sofiq) in the morning on the day of delivery. You can also track your order at Ninja Van using your package tracking number.

 

In the event that there is nobody to receive the package, you will be notified by Ninja Van via email. You can schedule up to 2 more FREE redeliveries by using the rescheduling link in your notification email that is sent by Ninja Van. If despite all attempts and the 2 redeliveries still fail, your package will be redirected back to Sofiq and you will have to re-arrange with us for another delivery via email at sofiq.arrmsg@gmail.com. In your email, please state your subject matter as "Request for Re-Delivery", and provide us with your Sofiq order number, your package tracking number and the type of courier service to be used. You will have to pay for this NEW delivery and the cost of the courier service will be communicated to you accordingly via email.

 

3) Orders less than SGD60

 

Deliveries for all local orders that are less than SGD60 are payable by you and will be delivered either by SingPost or by Ninja Van to you.

 

SingPost courier services cover the whole of Singapore including Sentosa Island and Jurong Island but exclude the off-shore islands. However, due to regulations for restricted areas like camps, your package will only be sent to the designated area in the premises (e.g. mailroom) as per instructed and your package will be signed by the receiving personnel.

 

Ninja Van courier services cover the entire island of Singapore with the exception of offshore islands and restricted zones.

 

You can choose from one of the three types of local courier services that are provided by Ninja Van from here.

4) Types of local courier services

 

If your order is SGD60 and above but you wish to receive your order sooner, you can opt to pay for either the Express Local Courier or Time-slot Express Local Courier.

We need 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your order to Ninja Van. Your order will then be delivered to you within the stipulated time frame in accordance to the type of courier service that is chosen.

 

When estimating shipping duration, it is best to take the item/order with the longest Estimated Arrival and use that to calculate the shipping duration for your order.

 

* Up to a maximum weight of 30kg. This is the maximum weight that is available from our logistics partners.

 

 

DELIVERY POLICY

 

To help you save on delivery charges, Sofiq will consolidate your order items in one SINGLE order and ship them together. If your order contains pre-ordered item(s), we will only ship your order when all the items in your order are available for shipping. If you do not wish to wait until all your order items are available for shipping, please create a separate order for the pre-ordered items. Please note that shipping rates are calculated on a per order basis.

DAMAGED PACKAGE(S)

 

If in the unfortunate event that your package is damaged during delivery, please contact us via email at sofiq.arrmsg@gmail.com. In your email, please state your subject matter as "Damaged Package", and provide us with your Sofiq order number, delivery note's number/package tracking number, pictures and details on the damage. We will try our best to make good your purchase for you.

 

 


RE-DELIVERY


 

1) For deliveries by SingPost


In the event that there is nobody to receive the package, a Delivery Note and your package will be placed in your letterbox.
